  • Publication number: 20230299653
Abstract: An actuator includes an electric motor having a stator and a rotor that can be rotated relative to the stator about an axis of rotation (D). The stator comprises an inner stator part, a first outer stator part and a second outer stator part, wherein the inner stator part, the first outer stator part and the second outer stator part are aligned with one another along the axis of rotation (D) and the inner stator part forms an arrangement of first inner stator poles on a first side axially facing the first outer stator part, and forms an arrangement of second inner stator poles on a second side axially facing the second outer stator part, wherein the first inner stator poles and the second inner stator poles are integrally connected to one another as a single piece.

  • Patent number: 10784754
Abstract: A method for producing a pole housing for an electric motor includes preparing a tube lateral surface from a preferably pre-galvanized sheet metal material and shaping the tube lateral surface to form a cylindrical pole tube from the sheet metal material in such a way that longitudinal edges of the tube lateral surface extended in the tube longitudinal direction face towards one another. The longitudinal edges of the tube lateral surface are joined to one another to form a closed pole tube. A previously-provided cover is form-lockingly and/or force-lockingly fastened as a bearing plate to a front end face of the pole tube and a fluid-impermeable joint is formed between the cover and the pole tube. A pole housing for an electric motor and an electric motor having a pole housing are also provided.

  • Patent number: 9651135
Abstract: A gear unit for an actuating drive, in particular a window lifter drive, of a motor vehicle is provided that includes a gear housing and a pivot bolt rotatably fixedly connected thereto for rotatably supporting a gear wheel, in particular of a worm gear, the pivot bolt has a second pivot section, which is adjacent to a first pivot section having a first outer diameter, and which has a free end section on the front, the outer diameter of the second pivot section being smaller than the outer diameter of the first pivot section at least over one part of it pivot section length.

  • Patent number: 9119324
Abstract: Disclosed is an electrical component of a motor vehicle, having a plastic housing and a conductor track structure which is at least substantially embedded in the plastic housing in the injection-molding method and is intended to provide the electrical connections required for operation. The conductor track structure includes—separate wires which each do not run in a straight line, and that any deviation from a straight course of the wires goes back solely to a corresponding bending operation in terms of manufacturing.
