  • Patent number: 11961592
Abstract: A computer-implemented system for identifying a patient for a trial may include at least one processor. The at least one processor may be programmed to receive an indication of a selected trial, the selected trial being associated with a testing status criterion; access a plurality of patient records associated with a patient of a plurality of patients; determine, using a machine learning model and based on unstructured information from one at least one of the patient records, a likelihood of an occurrence of genomic testing for the patient; determine a genomic testing status of the patient based on the determined likelihood of the occurrence of genomic testing; determine that the genomic testing status satisfies the testing status criterion; and include the patient in a subset of the plurality of patients based on the genomic testing status satisfying the testing status criterion.

  • Publication number: 20240074657
Abstract: The subject invention pertains to a novel angle-closure detection method for risk assessment of primary angle closure (PAC) or primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) to inform treatment decisions. According to certain embodiments, a plurality of cross-sectional images of the anterior segment of an eye centered at the pupil with preferably even radial separations are obtained from optical coherence tomography imaging. After identifying the position of scleral spur from the cross-sectional image captured at each angle-location, the anterior chamber angles are analyzed. Each angle-location of the eye is classified as (i) closed angle, (ii) narrow angle, or (iii) open angle. The extents of narrow angles and closed angles among all angle-locations across the 360° radial space are computed. Based on the extents of narrow angles and closed angles, a regression model is applied to compute the risk of PAC/PACG development.

  • Publication number: 20230066272
Abstract: Verified transactions through integrations of social network and payment service computing platforms are described. A payment service computing platform may determine a relationship between one or more users and a first user based on interaction data, and, in response to an interaction with a first interactive element corresponding to a second user, cause display of a second asset profile of the second user and a second interactive element to request to purchase assets that correspond to an allocation of a set of assets owned by the second user. The payment service computing platform may further receive a request to purchase a subset of the set of assets based on an interaction with the second interactive element, determine units for each of the assets to be purchased in accordance with a specified value amount, and assign ownership interest of the units to an account associated with the first user.

  • Publication number: 20230069223
Abstract: Verified transactions through integrations of social network and payment service computing platforms are described. A payment service computing platform may generate a token associated with a first account associated with a payment service, the token being configured to facilitate a number of transfers of an amount from the first account to one or more second accounts. The payment service computing platform may further receive a first request, from an electronic device of a second user associated with the one or more second accounts, to redeem the amount associated with the token, facilitate acquisition of one or more assets for the second user, wherein the one or more assets are determined by the second user or based at least in part on a machine-learning model trained to infer a preference of the first or second user, and associate the one or more assets with a second account of the second user.

  • Publication number: 20230066550
Abstract: Verified transactions through integrations of social network and payment service computing platforms are described. A payment service computing platform may retrieve one or more profiles of users having a relationship with a first user based on a request received from the first user in the context of a payment transaction with a second user. The payment service computing platform may further determine, based on the one or more profiles, an indirect relationship between the first user and the second user, determine, based at least in part on the determination of the indirect relationship, a trust signal associated with the second user, and cause a user interface to be displayed via a payment application executing on an electronic device associated with the first user, wherein the user interface comprises an indication of an identity of the second user and an indication of the trust signal.

  • Patent number: 10431844
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst coated membrane (19) for a fuel cell (10), wherein the catalyst coated membrane (19) has a membrane (11) and a catalyst layer (12, 13) of a catalytic material arranged on at least one of its flat sides, as well as a nonrectangular active area (20), which is restricted in one direction by two outer sides (30) opposite one another. The method comprises a continuous application of the catalytic material to a membrane material (33) while creating a constant coating width (B) such that an area (35) coated with the catalytic material corresponds to at least the active area (20). A provision is that the membrane material (33) be coated with the catalytic material such that a coating direction (D) has an angle with respect to the opposite outer sides (30) of the active area (20) that is not equal to 90° and not equal to 0°.
