  • Patent number: 11972347
Abstract: A system for training a quantized neural network dataset, comprising at least one hardware processor adapted to: receive input data comprising a plurality of training input value sets and a plurality of target value sets; in each of a plurality of training iterations: for each layer, comprising a plurality of weight values, of one or more of a plurality of layers of a neural network: compute a set of transformed values by applying to a plurality of layer values one or more emulated non-uniformly quantized transformations by adding to each of the plurality of layer values one or more uniformly distributed random noise values; and compute a plurality of output values; compute a plurality of training output values; and update one or more of the plurality of weight values to decrease a value of a loss function; and output the updated plurality of weight values of the plurality of layers.

  • Publication number: 20230196116
Abstract: A method or a system for classifying users into a plurality of categories. The system uses a first machine learning (ML) model to segment users into a first plurality of groups based in part on a first set of features, indicating relative research-skill levels of the respective users. The system uses a second ML model to segment users into a second plurality of groups based in part on a second set of features, indicating relative engagement levels of the respective users. The system then uses a third ML model to classify the plurality of users into a plurality of classes based in part on the research-skill levels and the engagement levels of the respective users, and selects and presents content to the user based in part on their classifications.

  • Publication number: 20030127560
Abstract: A Flat Balloon—a set of partially filled with the lighter-than-air gas gas-bags held together with a net, which has tied-in in-flight-horizontal tubes, keeping an entire construction in-flight-vertically-flat but foldable, with control ropes attached to the net, which allow spreading or folding of the Flat Balloon, while gas is in it, and cylindrical nets filed with rigid elements inside gas-bags, which prevent the gas-bags from collapsing during pumping the gas out of the gas-bags.

  • Publication number: 20020184124
Abstract: Financial instruments: a Conversion Securities Ticket and a Dividend Securities Ticket, which serve as representatives of a future state of a securities or currency holding during the process of transformation of this holding (as stock split, currency conversion, dividend payment, etc.); they can be divided and aggregated, they can have a cryptographic signature of a special entity and they participate in trade; their granting is prompted by a Notification and the transformation is prompted by a second Notification and is made based on Securities Tickets' information.

  • Publication number: 20020179770
Abstract: A Flat Balloon—a set of gas-bags held together with a net, which has rigid elements keeping an entire construction flat, with control ropes attached to the net, which allow spreading of the Flat Balloon over a field and folding it; a tubular net inside a gas-bag filed with rigid elements, which allows pumping gas out; a material with closed pores filed with lightweight gas.

  • Publication number: 20020146119
Abstract: The invention is a method of encrypted communication, where instead of one communication channel between two communicating parties there are two channels; one channel is used to pass an one-time pad encrypted with the use of a private key, known to both parties, and the other channel is used to pass messages, encrypted with the help of this one-time pad; the one-time pad and messages are created and exchanged concurrently.
