Patent number: 11636078Abstract: A configuration associated with locating personally identifiable information stored in a database is received. An alternate metadata source separate from the database is identified. The separate alternate metadata source is searched using the configuration to identify locations in the database that store personally identifiable information.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2020Date of Patent: April 25, 2023Assignee: ServiceNow, Inc.Inventors: Alexander North, Nicholas Farrenkopf, Kyle Del Castillo

Patent number: 11368462Abstract: HTTP requests and responses may be transmitted between cloud-based application instances. Each outgoing HTTP request may include authentication credentials and an “X-Snc-Integration-Source” header that identifies the source of the request. A table of approved users may be maintained, including each user's authentication credentials and one or more source instances from which they are expected to generate HTTP requests. When the HTTP request is received, the HTTP request will be parsed to identify the authentication credentials and the source of the request. The table of authorized users is then referenced to determine if the authentication credentials and the source of the request match those of an authorized user. If the authentication credentials and the source of the request match those of an authorized user, access will be granted. If the authentication credentials and the source of the request do not match those of an authorized user, access will be denied.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2018Date of Patent: June 21, 2022Assignee: ServiceNow, Inc.Inventors: Alexander North, Minaxi Pauranik

Patent number: 11140223Abstract: A cloud computing system includes a hub client instance and at least one spoke client instance that is generated based on copying the hub client instance. The hub client instance includes hub objects maintained using hub object tables, and the spoke client instance includes spoke objects that are copied from the hub objects and are maintained using spoke object tables. To synchronize the spoke client instance with the hub client instance, the spoke client instance requests data indicating changes made to the hub object tables. The request may be one-way, such that the spoke client blocks or prevents requests from the hub client instance. In response to receiving the request, the hub client instance sends the data indicating changes made to the hub object tables to the spoke client instance. The spoke client instance updates the spoke object tables based on the data.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 2020Date of Patent: October 5, 2021Assignee: ServiceNow, Inc.Inventors: Shibunath Shanker, Shreyans Jain, Alexander North

Publication number: 20120266823Abstract: The invention relates to a method for reducing the emission of methane, and possible other carbonaceous gasses being produced during processing of feed in the bowel of livestock, into the atmosphere. The method comprises feeding the livestock with feed comprising solid carbonaceous matter, the livestock digesting the feed, methane and possible other carbonaceous gasses being encapsulated within the structure of said carbonaceous matter, the livestock moving bowels with faeces, the methane and possible other carbonaceous gasses being encapsulated in the voids of the solid carbonaceous matter also after the livestock have made bowels with the faeces. The invention further relates to an animal feed composition comprising solid carbonaceous matter having voids within the structure of the matter, and to a method and an apparatus for producing such animal feed composition.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 12, 2010Publication date: October 25, 2012Applicant: BLACKCARBON A/SInventor: Thomas Alexander North Harttung

Patent number: 7963528Abstract: A working machine includes a body and an axle which is mounted so as to be moveable relative to the body, the axle carrying at or towards each end, a ground engaging wheel by means of which the machine can travel over the ground, the machine including a speed sensor sensitive to the machine ground speed, and there being a hydraulic control system including at least one control actuator connected between the body and the axle for controlling movement of the axle relative to the body, and the hydraulic system further including at least one control valve which is operable to restrict fluid flow occurring as a result of the control actuator extending or retracting in response to axle movements relative to the body, depending upon the signal provided by the speed sensor, wherein the control valve is an electrically operated control valve, operated proportionally by a valve controller which responds to changes in machine speed, by adjusting the restriction to fluid flow so as to permit more fluid flow as the machinType: GrantFiled: July 17, 2008Date of Patent: June 21, 2011Assignee: J.C. Publication number: 20100275778Abstract: The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for absorbing methane gas or other carbonaceous volatile gasses. The method comprises loading of solid carbonaceous matter into a vessel and loading the gas to be absorbed into the vessel. The gas is preferably formed from excrements of livestock, mainly being formed from a liquid or slurry phase of excrements of livestock. The solid carbonaceous matter is preferably formed by heating of plant material in a pyrolytic process thereby forming carbonaceous matter having a solid structure.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 15, 2008Publication date: November 4, 2010Applicant: BLACKCARBON A/SInventor: Thomas Alexander North Harttung
