  • Publication number: 20240126779
Abstract: Techniques for implementing an orchestration service for data replication are provided. In one technique, a recipe is stored that comprises (1) a set of configuration parameters and (2) executable logic, for a data replication operation, that comprises multiple sub-steps. Each sub-step corresponds to one or more configuration parameters in the set of configuration parameters, which includes a first parameter that is associated with a default value and a second parameter that is not so associated. User input that specifies a value for the second parameter is received. The set of configuration parameters is updated to associate the value with the second parameter. The data replication operation is then initiated by processing the executable logic, which processing comprises, for each sub-step of one or more sub-steps, making an API call to a data replication service. In response to each API call, a response is received from the data replication service.

  • Publication number: 20240107448
Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to traffic indication map (TIM) piggybacking. A device may determine a frame including one or more TIMs indicating that the device has data to send in a first frequency band of a plurality of supported frequency bands. The device may cause to send the frame in a second frequency band of the plurality of supported frequency bands, wherein the first frequency band is different from the second frequency band, wherein the frame indicates a request for a first station device to be awake in the first frequency band to receive the data. The device may cause to send the data using the first frequency band.

  • Publication number: 20220172221
Abstract: Systems and methods for conducting hydrocarbon custody transfer uses blockchain to eliminate or minimize mistrust over the reliability, accuracy, and immutability of data. The blockchain is provided as a shared data layer that can store the data in a secure and tamperproof manner. The data may include data generated by equipment, sensors, people, processes, and the like, and may be automatically generated or compiled manually. A blockchain application digitally signs the data using public/private key encryption before uploading the data to the blockchain. The data can then be made available to all authorized custody transfer parties, including oil producers, well operators, regulatory teams, and the like, in the form of notifications, shared dashboards, and/or auto reports. Smart contracts may be embedded in the blockchain to carry out monetary settlements and value exchange by automating funds transfer if certain criteria are met.

  • Publication number: 20050285339
Abstract: An octahedron-shaped game structure is disclosed for playing a three-dimensional strategy game. A plurality of cubes is introduced to configure the shape of octahedron and two sets of game pieces are provided. The preferred embodiment of the game structure has an arrangement of 11 tiers. The present invention is a game for two players and each player has a king, four rooks, four bishops, four knights, and twelve pawns. Contrasting coloration is used for the game structure and game pieces. It defines two different terrains and two different armies. A method of playing the game is also disclosed, including rules for movement of the game pieces on the game structure. The goal of the present game is to capture the opponent's king, however game can be also ultimately won if a pawn advances all the way to the opponent's pinnacle. The pinnacle is the last surface of each army's terrain.
