  • Patent number: 9536737
Abstract: A process of fabricating a nanostructure is disclosed. The process is effected by growing the nanostructure in situ within a trench formed in a substrate and having therein a metal catalyst selected for catalyzing the nanostructure growth, under the conditions in which the growth is guided by the trench. Also disclosed are nanostructure systems comprising a nanostructure, devices containing such systems and uses thereof.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 1, 2012
Date of Patent: January 3, 2017
    Assignee: Tracense Systems Ltd.
Inventors: Fernando Patolsky, Alexander Pevzner, Yoni Engel, Roey Elnathan, Alexander Tsukernik, Zahava Barkay

  • Patent number: 8632873
Abstract: An elongated nanostructure is formed on a planar surface of a substrate such that the nanostructure is oriented generally perpendicularly to the surface. The nanostructure is then felled onto the surface such that it is oriented generally parallel to the surface.

  • Publication number: 20070286419
Abstract: The invention describes a method of efficient way of video delivery in the legacy (non-802.11e) infrastructure networks and a device (Transmitter) based on this method. The invention permits the video stream to bypass the access point and therefore increases the available bandwidth by a factor of two or more and permits increasing the throughput by improving only the radio and antenna on the Transmitter (as opposed to improvements on both the Transmitter and AP necessary without the invention).
