In one embodiment, the balloon includes a single continuous fiber (1313a) running substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis along the central portion and radially around a portion of the end portions, or both. The balloon comprises a second fiber (1315) extending radially around the central portion of the balloon, which may be part of the single continuous fiber. Related methods are described.
