The outer sleeve element may be slid onto outer surfaces of the sliding shoe elements in such a manner that the outer sleeve element is centered and supported by the sliding shoe elements.

In response to rotation of the cage relative to the inner ring, one roller of each roller pair comes to bear against a ramp of the inner ring and the outer ring.
