  • Publication number: 20250067304
Abstract: A linear guide unit with a profiled body, the profiled body having a base plate with an upper side and a bottom side, and a movement unit which has a carriage and which has a guiding unit with a first guiding module located on the carriage and a second guiding module. The movement unit is mounted on the profiled body so as to be linearly movable in the longitudinal direction. A first mounting extension and a second mounting extension project from the bottom side, in which a first support surface of the first mounting extension and a second support surface of the second mounting extension project from the bottom side in a direction opposite to a vertical direction, a first clamping surface being provided on the first mounting extension and a second clamping surface being provided on the second mounting extension.

  • Publication number: 20250052276
Abstract: Linear guide having a profiled body extending along an axis of movement and a carriage which is mounted on the profiled body such that it can move linearly along the axis of movement and which has a rolling bearing unit, which bears with at least one rolling element against a guideway. The guideway has two guide rails which are arranged in a row along the axis of movement and which are each positively received on the profiled body in spatial directions aligned transversely to the axis of movement, in which mutually opposite end faces of the two guide rails delimit a joint region and in each case adjacent to the joint region between the respective guide rail and the profiled body a material connection region is formed, which extends at most over 10 percent of a total length of the respective guide rail along the axis of movement.

  • Patent number: 10960376
Abstract: A recombinator for the catalytic recombination of hydrogen and oxygen generated in energy converters, in particular accumulators, to form water, comprising a housing in which a volume space is formed, into which the gases can flow via an opening and in which a recombination device is arranged that comprises a portion for a catalyst material and a portion for an absorption material, wherein the flow path of the gases to be recombined extends through the portion comprising the absorption material into the portion comprising the catalyst material, wherein a distance space is formed between the portion comprising the absorption material and the portion comprising the catalyst material, wherein the catalyst material is configured as a catalyst bar, the catalyst bar is arranged in a first gas-permeable tube and the distance space is formed in a gap space between the inner walling of the first gas-permeable tube and the outer wall of the catalyst bar.

  • Patent number: 5836599
Abstract: An rear suspension apparatus suitable for use in a motor vehicle capable of decoupling longitudinal and lateral compliance is described. The suspension includes a control arm (18) having a rearward end (19) for supporting a rotatable wheel and tire assembly (16). The control arm (18) also includes inboard and outboard ends (20, 22) extending forwardly from the rearward end (19). The rear suspension also includes lower joints (24, 26) attached to the inboard and outboard ends (20, 22) of the control arm (18) for allowing the control arm to pivot relative to the lower joints. A pair of upper joints (34, 36) provide attachment to the vehicle structure (10). A linking device (42) is disposed between the lower and upper joints, whereby the control arm transfers loads through the lower joint means into the link, which transfers the load into the upper joint and into the vehicle structure.
