Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus, system, and method of using the same for connecting and spacing grating and the like. Specifically, the present invention relates to connecting and spacing wire gratings, for example wire gratings used as vehicle tire support material or for mounting wheel chocks thereon in the transportation of automobiles. Even more specifically, the present invention may be used to connect a plurality of wire gratings together and to space in a first direction the plurality of gratings apart from each other at multiple selectable distances in one configuration. In a second configuration, the present invention may be used to space in a second direction the plurality of gratings from other objects, such as a wall or guard rail. The second configuration may be used in multiple orientations in order to provide multiple different spacing distances.

Abstract: An improved fine grained zinc sulfide phosphor is provided for use in ac electroluminescent displays. The fine-grained zinc sulfide phosphor film exhibits improved luminance and may be used in conjunction with a structure or substance to minimize or prevent reaction of the fine grained phosphor with oxygen. The invention is particularly applicable to zinc sulfide phosphors used in electroluminescent displays that employ thick dielectric layers subject to high processing temperatures to form and activate the phosphor films.

Abstract: An improved color-converting photoluminescent film that provides visible light emission in the red to green portion of the visible spectrum when excited by blue light. The color-converted photoluminescent film of the invention is patternable and has improved luminous efficiency and stability and is suitable for use in electroluminescent displays. The film comprises a mixture of a clear UV curable resin and photo-initiator which does not absorb blue light; and fluorescent pigment particles, wherein a molecular additive is optionally provided in to either or both of the pigment particles and curable resin. The mixture is screen printed onto a substrate to form a film and UV cured.
