  • Publication number: 20240116019
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for producing pseudoionone and hydroxy pseudoionone. It suggests an apparatus (1) comprising first and second substantially vertically oriented reactor chambers oriented such that components flow through the first and second reactor chambers in different directions, wherein the first reactor chamber (13) is configured to receive a first component feed (C1) containing a first aqueous mixture through an inlet (15), and to produce a second aqueous mixture, and wherein the apparatus (1) comprises a mixing device (17) positioned downstream of the first component feed inlet (15) and configured to add a second component feed (C2) to the first component feed (C1) when the second aqueous mixture has formed, and the second reactor chamber (23) is configured to receive the first and second component feeds unified in the mixing device (17) from the first reactor chamber (13) and to produce a third aqueous mixture from the first and second aqueous mixtures.

  • Patent number: 10853419
Abstract: Data is received that characterizes a data structure comprising a plurality of hierarchical nodes in which dependencies amongst a portion of the nodes are time-dependent. Based on the received data, a graph index is generated for a database that specifies, for each node, all corresponding direct and indirect successor nodes and associated validity time windows. Subsequently, the database receives queries that specify, in a single database protocol command, a request for time-dependent hierarchical information of a node. The database then provides results responsive to the queries (if any). Related apparatus, systems, techniques and articles are also described.

  • Patent number: 7822246
Abstract: The system 10 comprises an input 2 for accessing the suitable input data. The core of the system 10 is formed by a processor 4 which is arranged to operate the components of the system 10, it being the input 2, a computing unit 5, a working memory 6. The computing unit 5 preferably comprises a suitable number of executable subroutines 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e, and 5f to enable a constructing of a geometric model of the movable body based on the results of the segmentation step, finding a spatial correspondence between the first and second image dataset, mapping the texture image dataset on geometric model, fusing the geometric model and the mapped texture image dataset. The apparatus 10 according to the invention further comprises a coder 7 arranged to code the determined region of interest in accordance to a pre-selected criterion. The criterion may be selectable from a list of valid criteria, stored in a file 7a.

  • Patent number: 6275174
Abstract: An input device for remote control of simple and combined recording and reproducing systems for pictures and sound as well as of presentation devices, which comprises: a housing, a voltage supply, at least one operating element, a signal element and switching elements, which deal with the actuation of the at least on operating element and cause the signal element to issue a signal corresponding to the actuation. The input device for the remote control can be actuated by the operator with one hand, and provided with a shape ergonomically adapted for holding in a hand, and only has one main operating element (H) which is operated in two planes separated from one another by a rotary movement (3, 4) and a linear movement (1, 2) respectively, and method of remote control of at least one electronic presentation device operated by a presenter.
