Abstract: A valve assembly includes a case, a bottom cap provided at a lower end of the case, a lower float provided within an open interior of the case, an upper float provided within the open interior of the case between the lower float and the upper end of the case, and a biasing member biasing the lower float and the upper float toward the upper end of the case. The lower float includes a canister having an upper end and a rim extending from the upper end of the canister. A pair of openings is formed within the rim adjacent the upper end of the canister and partially defined by a curvilinear edge. The upper float includes a pair of legs, each leg received within a corresponding opening.
