Abstract: A method for developing an automated scheduling application includes receiving, by a computer, a user's schedule including a plurality of activities, each activity in the plurality of activities is associated with one or more constraints, associating biomedical parameters of the user with execution of the plurality of activities to determine an effect over time of each activity on the biomedical parameters, the associating is performed using a first application programming interface, based on the association of the biomedical parameters with the execution of the plurality of activities, identifying one or more evaluators including a predefined evaluation criteria to calculate a score for the user's schedule, the determining is performed using a second application programming interface, and performing a local search heuristic to modify and optimize the user's schedule, where the local search heuristic is performed using a third application programing interface.
