  • Publication number: 20230375317
Abstract: A mechanism for steering and maneuvering an airborne body comprised of at least one actuator comprising an electric motor having a first axis, and a gear transmission for transmitting power from the electric motor to an angular motion axis of a fin that has an angular motion around a second axis to steer the airborne body, and wherein the mechanism is characterized in that the gear transmission is a beveloid gear type of transmission, an airborne body that comprised the mechanism, and a method for achieving the desired flight path of an airborne body implementing the mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20180210749
Abstract: In example implementations, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a plurality of tokens, a plurality of states and an interface to a scheduler. Each one of the states represents a state of a state machine that is an abstraction of a business logic. Each one of the plurality of tokens is located at one of the plurality of states. A schedule of transitions for moving the plurality of tokens between two states of the plurality of states is received by the interface to the scheduler. The plurality of tokens is controlled in accordance with the schedule of transitions with a single call.

  • Patent number: 9689650
Abstract: Wing deployment mechanism for deploying a pair of wings from an airborne body, wherein their deployment in motion, each one around an axis, defines the wings' deployment plane relative to the airborne body, and wherein the mechanism is characterized by that it comprises a propelable assembly mounted in the airborne body and suited to a rotational motion around an axis that is substantially orthogonal in its direction to the wings' deployment plane, a pair of arms that are linked, each one, on its one side to the assembly and at distance from the assembly's rotation axis, and on its other side to an end of one of the wings and at a distance from the axis around which the rotational motion of the wing in the wings' deployment plane is enabled, and wherein the link of each one of the arms is performed in a manner that enables angular motion of each of the arms relative to the assembly and to the end of the wing unto which it is linked, and wherein propelling the assembly to rotational motion and actuating a mome

  • Patent number: 9402275
Abstract: A method is provided for interconnecting base stations of a cellular network via a transport network which comprises a plurality of network elements (NEs), wherein at least two of the plurality of NEs are collocated with respective base stations. The method comprises the steps of: establishing in the TN at least one proximity group that comprises a plurality of geographically adjacent NEs; establishing a logical grid connectivity between NEs that are members of the same proximity group to enable direct communications there-between, thereby enabling establishment of communications paths between base stations collocated with the at least two of the plurality of NEs, wherein that path extends via the at least two respective NEs communicating directly there-between.
