  • Publication number: 20240097539
Abstract: A stator winding of a sheet-metal stator for an electric motor. A stator lamination stack of the stator is equipped with an insulating end plate. Stator teeth protruding in the radial direction are wound with a winding wire. After a specified number of stator teeth, the winding wire is guided away from the stator lamination stack and then back to the stator lamination stack, thereby forming an at least U-shaped loop. The loop is then used to contact a motor electronics unit of the electric motor.

  • Publication number: 20240088736
Abstract: A stator winding of an annular laminated core for an electric motor. A stator lamination of the annular laminated core is equipped with an insulating end disc, on which a plurality of terminating domes are formed protruding in the axial direction. Stator teeth that project in the radial direction are wound with a winding wire, forming a coil in each case. The winding wire between two coils assigned to the same phase and/or for contacting the or each correspondingly assigned coil with motor electronics is laid on the insulating end disc. In addition to a number of fixing loops each laid around a terminating dome for fixing the winding wire, the winding wire is laid radially outside and also radially inside the terminating domes.

  • Publication number: 20240072596
Abstract: A stator for an electrical refrigerant drive includes a laminated core wound with a stator winding, and a contact adapter mounted on the laminated core for connecting the stator winding to at least one phase connector. The contact adapter has at least one potting pocket and the phase connector is fitted in the potting pocket. A winding portion of the stator winding is guided into the potting pocket and contacted with the phase connector. The potting pocket is filled with a cured potting material. A motor vehicle electrical refrigerant drive having the stator is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220231568
Abstract: A stator of an electric motor has stator teeth that carry coils of a multi-phase stator winding. A connection element has insert pockets with contact elements inserted therein each with at least one insulation displacement contact as a connection point for a wire portion of coils joined to one another. A contact apparatus is mounted on the connection element and has a contact housing with a connection socket with phase plug connectors corresponding to the number of phases. The contact apparatus has busbars which correspond to the number of phases and which each have a first and a second bar end. The first bar ends are flexibly or movably in contact with one of the phase plug connectors each and the second bar ends are each inserted or can each be inserted in a contact slot of one of the contact elements to form a terminal connection.
