  • Publication number: 20240337453
Abstract: A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle is provided. The heat exchanger contains at least one element that contains aluminum. This element that contains aluminum has a core and at least one plating layer. The core is composed of a first aluminum alloy that contains approx. 0.5% to approx. 4% by weight Mn, and approx. 0.5% to approx. 4% by weight Mg. The at least one plating layer is composed of at least one other aluminum alloy.

  • Publication number: 20240271891
Abstract: The invention relates to a tube, in particular a heat exchanger tube for a heat exchanger, in which the tube comprises two components that are materially bonded to one another with an adhesive bond, which then encompass a tubular interior through which a coolant can flow. At least one of the components comprises an aluminum alloy of the class EN AW-5000, in particular AW-5005, AW-5005a, AW-5049, AW-5052, or AW-5754, containing 0.5% to 4% magnesium by weight. At least one of the components has a bonding agent layer that contains titanium (Ti) and zirconium, at least on its surface where the adhesive bond is formed.

  • Publication number: 20220395222
Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure is a method, system and apparatus for prediction, estimation and prevention of occurrence of agitation episode in a subject predisposed to agitation. The method comprises receiving, from a first monitoring device attached to a subject, physiological data of sympathetic nervous system activity in the subject and activity data of the subject; receiving, from a computing device, a plurality of indications associated with a plurality of agitation episodes of the subject; analyzing, using at least one machine learning model, the physiological data, the activity data, and the plurality of indications to determine a probability of an occurrence of an agitation episode of the subject; and sending a signal to a second monitoring device to notify the second monitoring device of the probability of the occurrence of the agitation episode of the subject such that treatment can be provided to the subject to decrease sympathetic nervous system activity in the subject.

  • Publication number: 20220202373
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method includes receiving first physiological data of sympathetic nervous system activity and establishing a baseline value of at least one physiological parameter by training at least one machine learning model using the first physiological data. The method further includes receiving, from a first monitoring device attached to a subject, second physiological data of sympathetic nervous system activity in the subject. Using the at least one machine learning model and based on the baseline value of at least one physiological parameter, the method includes analyzing the second physiological data to predict an agitation episode of the subject and sending a signal to a second monitoring device to notify of the prediction of the agitation episode of the subject such that treatment can be provided to the subject to decrease sympathetic nervous system activity in the subject.

  • Patent number: 10926361
Abstract: An aluminum strip for a component, in particular a brazing component, in particular a tube or a disk, includes a profile having a brazing connection, wherein in at least one area, in particular in the area of the brazing connection: a first part of the strip thickness is taken up by a core layer of a first aluminum alloy; at least a second part of the strip thickness is taken up by at least one plating layer of a second aluminum alloy, wherein the first and the second aluminum alloy are configured to form a “brown band” layer during a brazing process; and at least a third part of the strip thickness is taken up by at least one “brown band” layer that is formed out of the first and the second aluminum alloy during the brazing process, and wherein a strip thickness of the aluminum strip is less than 500 ?m and a thickness of the core layer and/or a thickness of the plating layer is configured such that after the brazing process at least 5% of the strip thickness that is taken up by the first aluminum alloy of t

  • Patent number: 9768548
Abstract: A cable includes an electric line having a plurality of cores with contacts being attached to ends of the cores. A plug connector has a contact carrier which accommodates the contacts in such a manner that the contacts are disposed in the contact carrier with a directional component that is oriented in parallel to a first direction. A collar is integrally formed on the contact carrier. The collar fixes the electrical line in position and bends the cores such that the cores have a directional component that is oriented in parallel to a second direction. The first direction is orthogonal to the second direction.
