  • Publication number: 20220317597
Abstract: In one example, a conduit for returning liquid printing material to a liquid printing material storage tank in a printer comprises a first tubular section and a second section for receiving a flow of liquid printing material from the first tubular section. The second section is arranged to convert the flow of liquid material received from the first section into a falling liquid curtain of liquid printing material that is output from the second section to flow to the liquid printing material tank.

  • Publication number: 20220179336
Abstract: An example printing fluid apparatus, for a printing system, comprises a printing fluid reservoir to store printing fluid for use in a print job and a printing fluid channel to route printing fluid from the reservoir to the reservoir and to route printing fluid from a printing station of the printing system to the reservoir. The fluid channel comprises a port to introduce printing fluid from a printing fluid cartridge into the fluid channel such that the introduced printing fluid from the printing fluid cartridge at least partially mixes with printing fluid in the fluid channel.

  • Publication number: 20220042500
Abstract: In one example, a fluid delivery system (10) comprises a pump cavity (1) to receive a high-viscosity fluid, such that when full, the pump cavity (1) is to define a dose of high-viscosity fluid. The system (10) further comprises an access (2) to the pump cavity (1), to provide fluid communication with the pump cavity (1), and a plunger (3) to block the access (2) to the pump cavity (1) and isolate the dose of the high-viscosity fluid for ejection of the dose by the plunger (3).

  • Publication number: 20210394524
Abstract: In certain examples, a printing system comprises: a depositing system to deposit printing fluid on a print medium; a reservoir; and a displacement pump to move printing fluid to the depositing system from the reservoir. The displacement pump comprises: a pump body defining a chamber, an inlet to fluidly connect the chamber to the reservoir, and an outlet to fluidly connect the chamber to the depositing system; and a displacement member movable relative to the pump body; the displacement member having an outer surface and comprising a cavity located in a portion of the outer surface disposed in the chamber. In use, the displacement member is movable to close the inlet and to force printing fluid in the chamber through the outlet to the depositing system.
