Abstract: The invention relates to pipes, pipelines and similar objects and can be used in aviation, metallurgy, shipbuilding etc. Its task is to raise fault withstandability of s design. The task is solved in that a pipe has at least one conductive spiral layer for control and repair of a wall with the use of a laser. A layer in the wall is shaped by knurling and the knurl is filled with glass which is examined by optical vibrations and the wall defect is determined. The layer pitch is limited. The defect distance is found over the pipeline length and by the time of optic pulses run. The crack is healed by vibration heat in its opening. There are other differences including those in the device.
