  • Patent number: 4153521
Abstract: Disclosure is made of a method of automatic control and optimization of electrodeposition conditions through galvanostatic deposition of test deposits of metal in the course of continuous circulation of electrolyte, whereby the test deposits of metal are produced from both good and foul electrolyte, whereupon the deposits are dissolved at the same points of the process. The difference between the time intervals of complete of these deposits is then found and is indicative of the intensity of electrolysis, current efficiency, as well as overall efficiency of the process.
