    Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions for treating multiple sclerosis are disclosed comprising an amount of vitamin B12, vitamin B12 analogues, vitamin B12 derivatives, vitamin B12 conjugates or mixtures thereof in combination with interferon-beta. Vitamin B12 or its analogues, derivatives, conjugates or mixtures thereof are administered separately or in combination with interferon-beta to have a synergistic effect resulting in an enhanced therapeutic efficacy for treating multiple sclerosis.
