  • Patent number: 11965474
Abstract: A control system includes an actuator, a locking/unlock device, a central control valve, first and second control valves, and a spool control valve. The actuator is arranged so as to move a door of a thrust reverser between direct jet and reverse jet positions. The locking/unlocking device unlockable under load allowing locking and/or unlocking of the door. The locking/unlocking device is movable between a closure position in which it holds the door in the direct jet position and an opening position in which the door is released. The first and second control valves each fed by the central control valve. The spool control valve fed at least by the first and second control valves. The spool control valve is configured so that a pressure difference between two inlets of the first and second control valves provides a displacement of the spool control valve between first and second stable positions.

  • Patent number: 11767807
Abstract: A closing system that includes a closing actuator for doors of a thrust reverser, two sliding members, and a detection device. The closing actuator includes two first connecting rods. Each first connecting rod is configured to be connected to a first lateral edge of each door. The closing actuator is arranged to move each door at least towards the direct jet position. Each sliding member carries a second connecting rod configured to be connected to a second lateral edge of each door. The second connecting rods are arranged to be driven by the doors when the closing actuator moves the doors towards the direct jet position so as to displace the two sliding members. The detection device detects a defect of one of the first and second connecting rods. The detection device is configured to detect the relative position of the two sliding members in the direct jet position.

  • Publication number: 20200263633
Abstract: An active locking system of a movable element for a thrust reverser of an aircraft nacelle includes an active locking device of the movable element, movable between a locking position and an unlocking position, an actuator of the locking device controlled by a command for actuating the locking device, a blocking device for blocking the locking device in the unlocked position, movable between a blocking position and an unblocking position, and a device for displacing the blocking device. The actuation command controls the closure of the movable element, and the device for displacing the blocking device displaces the blocking device in the unblocking position when the movable element is at a predetermined position.

  • Publication number: 20160131081
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electric thrust reverser system for an aircraft engine nacelle, including a mechanism for actuating a thrust reverser mechanism. The actuating mechanism includes a first drive cylinder and a second drive cylinder. Each cylinder includes a mechanical connection casing, a primary lock (8) and a movable rod secured to a point connected to the associated thrust reverser mechanism. A motor-actuated drive unit is mechanically connected, via flexible shafts, to the mechanical connection casings of each drive cylinder and set in motion by the command of a control unit via an electrical connection. A tertiary lock is disposed for securing the associated thrust reverser mechanism, to a fixed structure of the nacelle.
