  • Publication number: 20260055353
Abstract: A sterile enclosure intended for a printing of a biological three-dimensional structure. The sterile enclosure includes: a rigid top plate, a rigid base plate having a main face intended to receive a biological three-dimensional structure, a flexible side wall fixed to the top plate and to the base plate to form an hermetically closed casing delimiting an interior chamber, a puncturable membrane or an needle adapter arranged on the top plate, and a stretcher arm articulated to the top plate and to the base plate. The flexible side wall and the stretcher arm are able to conform to allow the movement of the top plate with respect to the base plate in three perpendicular directions, and the at least one stretcher arm is elastic and pushing the top plate apart from the base plate.

  • Publication number: 20260055354
Abstract: A bioreactor allowing bioprinting inside an interior volume thereof is assembled to form a side wall extending upwardly from a base provided with a target support for the bioprinting. Once an adapter has been coupled to a bioreactor top portion to plug a corresponding aperture O4, a biological material depositing end may be maintained in an inserted state, extending through and/or being adapted to be fed via the aperture. A sealed enclosure, including the side wall and ports, is formed by a sealing operation to interconnect the base and the top portion. Bioprinting is done by driving from outside the depositing end, using variation of said volume, for delivering the biological material on the support and then, a culture and/or maturation phase of the printed tissue may start inside the enclosure, without displacement of the printed tissue.

  • Publication number: 20260049267
Abstract: A sterile enclosure including a container and a printing needle holder device fixed to the container. The container having a base wall, a side wall, the side wall and the base wall delimiting an interior chamber, one inlet port and outlet port and an aperture. The printing needle holder device having a needle adapter, a printing needle and a flexible sheath having a first end edge fixed to the needle adapter and a second end edge fixed to the aperture of the container, a three dimensional biological structure being intended to be printed on the base wall, the interior chamber being intended to receive a cell culture media.

  • Publication number: 20260042992
Abstract: A sterile enclosure intended for a printing of a biological three-dimensional structure. This enclosure includes: a support, a covering cap including a rigid part and a flexible part extending in the prolongation of the rigid part, the covering cap being sealed to the support to delimit an interior chamber, at least one portion of the rigid part being a septum adapted to be punctured by a printing needle for printing a biological three-dimensional structure in the interior chamber. Also, a biological printing device and a method of printing.

  • Publication number: 20250251262
Abstract: In some embodiments, a tool-matching system includes a first controller and a plurality of second controllers. Each of the second controllers is configured to support a digital twin and control configuration parameters of the corresponding measuring instrument. The first controller is configured to estimate configuration-parameter changes for the measuring instruments based on instrument drift data. The estimated parameter changes are directed at tool matching the measuring instruments at a future time. The first controller is also configured to receive a plurality of reports evaluating the estimated configuration-parameter changes. Each of the reports is generated with the respective digital twin based on a respective subset of the estimated configuration-parameter changes.

  • Patent number: 9744894
Abstract: Footrest assembly for a passenger seat having a saddle (22) and a post (16) pivotally coupled to a fastener (38) connected to the saddle. A ratcheting mechanism (86) with at least one tooth (88) is positioned on a first end (20) of the post and a pawl (90) is pivotally coupled to a pawl shaft (98) fixedly coupled to the saddle. A cam follower (96) is pivotally coupled to the fastener and positioned within a slot (106) formed in the end of the post in order to prevent the pawl from engaging with a tooth while pivoting in a direction of a fully deployed position of the assembly.
