Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for monitoring personal activity and providing feedback on personal well-being. The system comprises a computing apparatus which is able to receive input activity data relating to an experience of a user. This user activity data may relate to any activity, work-related, exercise related or any other. The system is also able to obtain contextual data and associate it with the user input activity data. The contextual data may comprise any physical data associated with the user or the environment. For example, it could comprise time, location, heart rate, physical activity of the user and other contextual information.
