  • Patent number: 5216857
Abstract: A method and apparatus for enabling a subsequent stabilization of buildings with precast floors including several longitudinally extending girders resting with respective ends thereof on opposite building walls. The ends of the longitudinally extending girders are clamped to each other and to the building end walls carrying the girders. Two outermost longitudinally extending girders of the floor zone to be stabilized are clamped together with respectively adjoining parallel building side walls by grouting anchors in such a manner that the floor zone to be stabilized is encompassed by a rugged ring anchor. The floor zone may also be reinforced by the provision of longitudinally extending and transversely extending anchors incorporated into the floor in a lattice-shaped fashion.

  • Patent number: 5003749
Abstract: A grouting anchor to be inserted in a pre-drilled hole (3) comprises a stopper (4) sealing the drill hole at its orifice, this stopper being provided with an inlet opening (6) for the grouting compound. In order to be able to monitor from the outside the formation of the plug of grouting compound, the stopper (4) is equipped with a backflow opening (7) for grouting compound, this opening terminating into a forward, air-permeable collecting cage (8) which latter, after curing of the grouting compound, can be separated from the stopper (4).

  • Patent number: 4741141
Abstract: Bracket-style support elements (10) to be mounted subsequently to a building wall (14, 15) for a curtain facade (13) consist of a horizontal support (2) with at least two associated, bolt-like wall mounting elements. In order to make it possible also to use normal facing stones, to be able to anchor the support element securely in the foundation masonry (14, 15), and to ensure reliable protection against wetness as well as good insulation, the wall mounting elements are constituted by grouting anchors (4) surrounded up to the support (2) by a sleeve (7) and exhibiting respectively a central anchoring bolt (5) with a barbed disk (6) arranged at the insert end (22), and the support (2) is constituted by an L-shaped rail (3), the grouting anchors (4) projecting from the vertical leg (8) of this rail on the side facing away from the horizontal leg (9).
