A separate air-conditioner (16) for providing cold, filtered, dehumidified-air for cooling the motor-generators (40). Floor mounted accelerator and brake pedals (82)(84) coupled with electronic means (86) for accelerating, decelerating and braking the vehicle. A fuel tank (20) for running the turbogenerator (10).
