Abstract: A swab assembly is provided which includes a swab fitted with an absorbent material at one end of a stick, and a holder for releasably capturing the swab. The holder includes a connecting bridge area with a central groove traversing along a length direction thereof flanked by first and second gripping wings, the wings being sufficiently flexible to bend between a relatively non-stressed and a stressed position allowing the stick, respectively to be engaged and to be released from the groove.

Abstract: A gripper, kit and method is provided for manipulating fibrous balls and pads. The gripper includes first and second legs extending outwardly away from one another and joined at a pivot bridge, the legs being flexibly bendable by finger pressure in a direction toward one another for grabbing onto the fibrous ball or pad. A retention means such as a ring is joined to the legs or bridge. The ring allows the gripper to remain on a user's hand even though the fingers release pressure against the legs to disengage the grabbed ball or pad.

When the dispenser is operated, air from inside the dispenser is mixed with the fluid to produce foam. The dispenser employs a shaped and resilient deformable seal for use in quickly recharging the container with air used in the creation of foam. The dispenser also advantageously employs an integrally molded swirl manifold to create a foam of excellent quality and consistency.

Abstract: The invention relates to a soil stabilization composition comprising a rubber latex of solids content at least 40% by weight and a compatible oil which is prepared by admixing the oil and the latex in the presence of additional emulsifier and in the substantial absence of added water. The composition may be applied as such and optionally rotovated into the soil after application. If desired, a bitumen emulsion may be included in the composition.
