Abstract: A colander structure is arranged of a generally semi-spherical configuration to include a matrix of first apertures directed therethrough of a first width, with a plurality of annular arrays of second apertures extending from a floor portion of the colander, wherein the second apertures are of a second width substantially greater than the first width to permit the reception of popcorn kernels therethrough to eliminate such kernels, with only fully expanded popcorn components remaining within the colander structure.
