    Abstract: Disclosed is an improved polyurethane foam having cleaning and germicidal activities. The foam is prepared by mixing together a select prepolymer reactant and water, and adding to the mixture prior to foam formation a nonionic surfactant, a quaternary ammonium compound and a silicon-based surfactant. The resulting foam is particularly useful as a disposable wiping pad for household clean-up applications.
