Furthermore the invention is characterized in that the elastomer layer is formed of a hot cure single-constituent or two-constituent silicone polymer.

The form according to the invention is characterized in that the elastomer layer is formed of cold cure material. The engraving of the elastomer layer preferably is attained by laser engraving.
