  • Patent number: 10826340
Abstract: A rotor for a synchronous motor includes teeth arranged at regular intervals, project from a rotor core in the radial direction, and taper in a cross-section in the direction of the rotor core. The rotor also includes tangentially magnetized magnets that are arranged in gaps between the teeth and are trapezoidal in cross-section. The teeth are connected via a flexible joint to the rotor core, and the teeth are deflected in the tangential direction such that in every other gap between two teeth, first magnets rest against outer stops at the ends of the teeth facing away from the rotor core.

    Assignee: ETEL S.A.
Inventors: Alfred Gause, Alessandro Fasolo, Nicolay Komarevskiy, Johann Pourchet
  • Patent number: 10666123
Abstract: A secondary element of a linear motor includes magnets arranged on a magnet support. The magnet support is configured as a laminated core. Laminations of the laminated core lie parallel to a plane that is perpendicular to a direction of magnetization of the magnets. Such a secondary support advantageously provides for a simplified assembly.

  • Publication number: 20190006902
Abstract: A coil arrangement for an electric motor includes a plurality of individual coils and a plurality of housing modules. Each of the housing modules is a plastics part that is separately produced from the coil arrangement. Each of the housing modules is designed to enclose the same amount of the individual coils.

  • Publication number: 20180069385
Abstract: A method is provided for connection for the cost-effective control of an electronic motor by single-cable technology having a high protection class, wherein the connector technology which is known per se is combined with the terminal box technology which is known per se, and the single cable is pre-assembled with connectors without a high protection class, and, with the terminal box of the electronic motor open, the connectors are inserted into the associated sockets, and the pre-assembled single cable is inlaid into a combined strain relief and earthing shell formed in the terminal box, and a terminal box base is firmly closed by a terminal box lid.
