A second holder element having a second heating element, the heating element embodied as a resistance heater and having at least one second sample region provided for being brought into contact with a sample. A device for connecting the holder elements so as to enclose a sample between the first sample region and the second sample region.

Abstract: The invention proposes a simple and inexpensive apparatus for the articulated connection of pipes of an exhaust system, such as of a motor vehicle, which has pipe sections connected by a flexible line part, such as a bellows, in which resilient elements engaging round the line part are provided having casing parts axially interengaging with projections and in each case connected to a pipe section and with at least one ring part, coaxial to the bellows, connecting both casing parts over their circumference in the vicinity of their projections.

Abstract: Wrenching or torquing device for installing and tightening screws to a higher torque through a torque-type power wrench attached to the lower end of an extensible telescope strut. The strut travels along an overhead rail through the intermediary of a roller tram. The power wrench is attached to the telescope strut so that the reaction torque of the wrench is transmitted to the telescope strut in the form of an axial or transverse force.
