  • Publication number: 20190013773
Abstract: A photovoltaic construction wall is provided, having an inner surface adapted to face an inner enclosed space, and an outer surface adapted to gather energy from the sun when installed. The wall is used in buildings and also in buildings in building complexes. The construction wall includes a multi-layered composite wall comprising plates made from corrugated cardboard, an insulating space and a photovoltaic panel.

  • Publication number: 20160303819
Abstract: The invention relates to weight-bearing honeycomb structures from folded multi-flute corrugated cardboard, and the process and system for the industrial manufacturing of the structures. A load-bearing honeycomb structure is made from a plurality of sheets of folded corrugated cardboard with at least an upper and a lower cover layer. The honeycomb structure includes a length given by the distance between substantially equally spaced cuts through the corrugated cardboard along the direction of flutes, a width given by the width of the cardboard web and by the distance of substantially equally spaced cuts substantially perpendicular to the flutes, and a thickness given by the distance of the substantially equally spaced cuts perpendicular to the flutes.

  • Patent number: 9322160
Abstract: A process of manufacturing a cardboard building construction material, said cardboard building construction material comprising a plurality of glued cardboard plies, wherein the cardboard plies are rolled on a drum (122) into a roll (114) and wherein glue (134) is circumferentially applied in spaced apart strips (238) thereby defining a non-glued region between the strips, in which region a cutter (246) cuts the cardboard plies from an outer diameter toward an inner diameter of the roll (114).
    Type: Grant
