The system includes a hinge member in the interior space defining an axis of rotation, an elongate member fixed to the hinge member, and a torsion spring fixed to the elongate member. The elongate member is rotatable about the axis of rotation to define a partial shell of rotation relative to the hinge member, which partial shell of rotation is partially outside of the interior space.
