Abstract: A household appliance includes a housing, at least one hinge mounted on a front of the housing, and a door mounted on the hinge and thus mounted pivotably relative to the housing. The hinge has a bearing bracket fastened to an end face of the front with at least one fastening element. The bearing bracket is constructed symmetrically, so that it can be installed either on a left end face of the front or on a right end face of the front, and in both installation situations the door mounted on the bearing bracket is situated in the same position relative to the housing in the height direction and the width direction of the household appliance when in the closed state. A method for producing a household appliance is also provided.

Abstract: A damping unit for damping a movable element of a home appliance has at least two dampers positioned in a housing. The dampers are positioned side-by-side to guarantee a defined series of damping an energy of the movable element. There is also described a home appliance having the novel damping unit.

Abstract: A refrigeration device has a first door with an opening and a second door for closing the opening in the first door. A first hinge member has a first connection portion fixed on a main body of the refrigeration device and a first hinged portion connected to the first door. A second hinge member has a second connection portion fixed on the first door and a second hinged portion connected to the second door. The second hinge member includes a columnar portion that is hinged to the first hinged portion. One of the columnar portion and the first hinged portion has a first shaft hole, and the other one has a first hinge shaft that extends into the first shaft hole. The novel device prevents a door body of the refrigeration device from being damaged at a hinged position and the reliability of the refrigeration device is improved.

A seal is provided, which is arranged between the body and the closure element and which is at least partly arranged in a seal receptacle. Abstract: A door for a domestic refrigeration appliance has a door inner panel and a door outer panel. The inner and outer panels are arranged on a single-piece, multiple-sided door frame. The door frame is open in the peripheral direction of the frame shape, and a separate recessed handle element is arranged in an open peripheral section of the door frame. There is also described a domestic refrigeration appliance with a door.

The pivot includes an annular coupling disk of the height adjusting device, which is coupled to a coupling receptacle formed in the base part. An individual height position of the pivot is adjusted depending on the rotational position of the coupling disk around the rotational axis relative to the coupling receptacle. The coupling disk has a coupling element with ramp-like oblique flanks on both sides, by which the coupling element axially plunges into the coupling receptacle in the direction of the rotational axis.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a component for a home appliance includes making the home appliance component from plastic in an injection molding process. During at least some phases of the injection molding process a combination of the thin-wall injection molding technique and the cascade molding technique is used. The invention also relates to a home appliance component manufactured according to the method.
