  • Patent number: 12093796
Abstract: A method for determining mechanical properties of a first rolled material by a hybrid model that includes production datasets relating to further rolled materials, a physical production model and a statistical data model. The production dataset relating to the first rolled material is used to determine a first mechanical dataset, a further production dataset and a metallurgical dataset and also a second mechanical dataset. An averaged normalized distance value for production datasets relating to the further rolled materials is determined that is used to ascertain the mechanical properties of the rolled material as a weighted average from the first and second mechanical datasets. When creating the hybrid model, the physical production model is used to determine further production datasets relating to the further rolled goods for training the statistical data model.

  • Publication number: 20240298707
Abstract: An aerosol delivery device includes an electrical power source, an induction receiver configured to receive a substrate including an aerosol precursor composition such that the induction receiver is in proximity to the substrate, and a wireless power transmitter including an induction transmitter. The induction transmitter is configured to removably receive the induction receiver such that the induction transmitter surrounds the induction receiver. The induction transmitter receive electrical current from the electrical power source that causes the induction transmitter to generate an oscillating magnetic field, and the induction receiver generates heat via eddy currents induced at the induction receiver when exposed to the oscillating magnetic field and thereby heats the aerosol precursor composition to produce an aerosol. Related methods are also provided.

  • Patent number: 6857977
Abstract: The invention relates to a tensioner (1) for a traction drive with a rotationally fixed housing (2) to a side of which a rotatable swivel arm (10), provided with a rotatable tension roller, is associated. A torsion spring (7) is placed between the housing (2) and the swivel arm (10) for loading the swivel arm (10) in the direction of an end position. Support of the tension spring (7) is realized by an insert (17a) placed in a circular ring shaped space (16) radially defined by a housing portion and the torsion spring (7).

  • Patent number: 6497262
Abstract: A tire inflating system has the tire inflating source connected through the hub to the wheel by a pair of aligned axial holes in the hub and wheel. A movable tube piece in the axial hole in the wheel is formed with side openings and is engaged by a sealing ring in the axial hole in the wheel which also receives a seal pressed by a spring toward a mouth of that hole. The tube piece can hold the seal in an open position until the wheel is separated from the hub.
