    Abstract: A method of provisioning services in a telecommunications network includes providing a client site having a client interface. Database sites connected to the client site in the telecommunications network are determined. The database sites each have a server interface and at least one database storing data for a telecommunications service. A communication session between the client interface and the server interfaces of the database sites is established. At the client interface, a database operation is received to be performed in at least one database of the database sites. The database operation is transmitted from the client interface to at least one server interface for execution in a database.
