  • Publication number: 20240137938
Abstract: A wireless device may receive one or more messages comprising a parameter indicating that a first cell is cross-carrier scheduled by a second cell. The wireless device may monitor, on a first bandwidth part (BWP) of the second cell, a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for cross-carrier scheduling the first cell. The wireless device may receive downlink control information (DCI) indicating a second BWP of the second cell as an active BWP. Based on the second BWP of the second cell being the active BWP, the wireless device may stop monitoring the first PDCCH for cross-carrier scheduling the first cell. The wireless device may monitor, on the first cell, a second PDCCH for self-scheduling the first cell.

  • Publication number: 20240121802
Abstract: A wireless device receives a first downlink control information (DCI) indicating a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) codepoint that indicates a first TCI state and a second TCI state. The wireless device receives a second DCI comprising a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set field indicating to apply one or both of the first TCI state and the second TCI state to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission. A value of the SRS resource set field is one of: a first value indicating to apply the first TCI state, a second value indicating to apply the second TCI state, and a third value indicating to apply the first TCI state and the second TCI state. The wireless device transmits repetitions of the PUSCH transmission based on the value of the SRS resource set field.

  • Publication number: 20240121727
Abstract: A wireless device may receive a message indicating that it is to switch cells, such as in a handover process, and the wireless device may take steps to switch cells. The time needed for making the switch can depend on, for example, the time it takes the wireless device to process that message, and different types of messages (e.g., messages at a media access control—MAC—layer) may be processed more quickly than others. A wireless device may quickly cancel a triggered power headroom report (PHR) procedure for an old cell, and trigger a PHR for a new cell, based on receiving such a message. The canceling and/or triggering may be performed even without resetting a MAC entity of the wireless device.

  • Publication number: 20240121060
Abstract: A wireless device comprises one or more processors and memory storing instructions. When executed by the one or more processors, the instructions cause the wireless device to receive one or more configuration parameters, for a non-terrestrial network (NTN), indicating candidate timing advance (TA) values for a first cell of cells. The instructions cause the wireless device to transmit, via the first cell, a preamble using a TA value selected from the candidate TA values based on one or more measurement power values of reference signals of the cells.

  • Publication number: 20240121135
Abstract: A base station transmits, to a wireless device via a control resource set (CORESET) of a CORESET group of CORESET groups, a downlink control information (DCI) scheduling transmission of an uplink signal, wherein each of the CORESET groups corresponds to a respective sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set of SRS resource sets. The base station determines an SRS resource set, from the SRS resource sets, corresponding to the CORESET group comprising the CORESET. The base station receives the uplink signal based on an SRS resource in the SRS resource set.

  • Patent number: 11956722
Abstract: A wireless device receives parameters, including a first discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration associated with unicast transmissions in a cell and a second DRX configuration associated with multicast and broadcast services (MBS) in the cell. The wireless device may also receive a power saving (PS) indication indicating not to start a DRX on duration timer. The PS indication may be applied for the first DRX configuration; and it may not be applied for the second DRX configuration. The wireless device may further skip monitoring, in a first DRX on duration of the first DRX configuration, first physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) for the unicast transmissions based on receiving the PS indication. The wireless device may also monitor, in a second DRX on duration of the second DRX configuration and while skipping monitoring the first PDCCHs in the first DRX on duration, second PDCCHs for the MBS.
