Abstract: A coolant control valve, including: a housing with a first port and a second port; a primary rotary valve disposed within the housing and including a primary body; and a secondary rotary valve disposed within the housing and including a secondary body. The primary rotary valve and the secondary rotary valve are rotatable around the axis of rotation by at least one actuator to a first configuration. In a first configuration of the primary rotary valve and the secondary rotary valve around the axis of rotation: a first straight line, orthogonal to the axis of rotation, passes through the primary body and the first port; and a second straight line, orthogonal to the axis of rotation and co-planar with the first straight line, passes through the secondary body and the second port.

  • Publication number: 20190279522
Abstract: Systems, methods, and techniques for providing a dynamic platform for educators and businesses to employ a networking-based approach to course management and/or training through the use of social networking models. The computer-aided system and method facilitate global user collaboration and communication across a network-based learning environment through the use of various feature sets including, for example, a rewards tool. The systems and methods hereof support course creation and implementation, as well as the formation of groups, Conexus and user-defined groups. The system and method can categorize and sort these groups and courses into subsets based on subject matter bases, which thereby enables user to share information and collaborate, not just in their personalized groups, but also with learners positioned all over the world.

  • Publication number: 20120094775
Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a constant speed universal mechanical joint mechanism with crossover angle up to 90 degrees and more. The universal mechanical joint comprises an input coupling, an output coupling, at least one input shaft, at least one output shaft, a plurality of guide arms, at least three connecting arms, a plurality of connecting means, a plurality of external retaining rings and a plurality of bearings. The input coupling is connected to the input shaft and the output coupling is connected to the output shaft in such a way that the plurality of retaining rings joins each of the input coupling and the output coupling with the plurality of guide arms and the plurality of connecting means. The plurality of retaining rings and the plurality of bearings are used to connect each of the plurality of guide arms to the at least three connecting arms.

  • Patent number: 6794889
Abstract: A planarization gauge assures probe card-to-wafer parallelism in semiconductor automatic test equipment (ATE) used for wafer test, and provides a standard system reference plane during the building and testing of ATE components. The planarization gauge has two planar and parallel surfaces that may serve as a system reference plane. The planarization gauge has at least one access hole for a depth gauge, and at least one optical target recognizable by a prober's upward looking camera. The planarization gauge is mechanically interchangeable with a probe card; thus, it is compatible with different planarization methods and platforms used in building and testing ATE components. The planarization gauge is manufactured and inspected in a manner as to assure traceability to established standards such as NIST. When used by all ATE vendors, the planarization gauge ensures correlation between the vendors' various planarization methods.

  • Patent number: 6575594
Abstract: A high bay compact fluorescent light fixture having a reflector/refractor mounted to a socket mounting plate assembly having a top portion, a bottom portion, and at least one sidewall. Removably mounted to the top portion of the socket mounting plate assembly is a ballast housing having a plurality of lamp powering ballasts located therein. A plurality of sockets are mounted to the bottom portion of the socket mounting plate assembly. The high bay compact fluorescent light fixture design eliminates the need for a collar to connect the reflector/refractor to the fixture and further makes the design more compact.
