Abstract: An optical apparatus includes a transparent envelope having opposing first and second faces. An electro-optic material is contained within the transparent envelope and includes molecules oriented in respective predefined directions selected so as to form a geometric-phase structure across an area of the transparent envelope. First and second transparent electrodes are disposed respectively across the first and second faces of the transparent envelope. A controller is coupled to apply a voltage between the first and second transparent electrodes that is sufficient to displace the molecules of the electro-optic material from the predefined directions.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of evaluating emotional intelligence through emotional intelligence quotient testing. There are four levels of the emotional mind and each level is assigned a grade. A series of questions are asked on specific emotions, and answers are graded according to the mental level these answers are coming from. This test enables an individual to learn where he or she stands with respect to each specific emotion.

Abstract: Our minds go through four basic personal realities. The premature reality at birth. The immature reality at child level. The mature reality at adult level. The master-reality at guru level. Stable emotional intelligence means gradually leaving behind each level and accepting the next level consciously and unconsciosly. Unstable emotional intelligence means getting stuck at one of the earlier levels. This humble applicant has created an E.I.Q. test that determines the level of emotional intelligence of each person.

Abstract: An aparatus for generating electrcity from creation of wind power even when there is zero wind. This invention is a wind tunnel in the form of a metal or masonary pipeline where air can flow in only from one end and a vacuum is created on the other end. According to need a desired number of propeller driven generaters are placed in said pipeline. When wind rushes in to fill the vacuum the propellers turn to generate electricity.
