    Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for managing information relating to residents of senior housing residence facilities. In some embodiments, a distributed system manages resident information for a plurality of remotely located residence facilities. Contacts with residents and performance of tasks by facility employees may be reliably tracked using PDA's. Assessment data may be entered and processed to generate billing information in real time. Improved handling of life history data may be provided.
