  • Publication number: 20240166231
Abstract: This document discloses system, method, and computer program product embodiments for operating a vehicle. For example, the method includes: obtaining a vehicle trajectory and a location of an object in an environment; generating a margin comprising a first vehicle trajectory indicating a series of locations of the vehicle while contacting the object, a boundary of a drivable area or lane mark during a time interval in which the vehicle will travel past the object; generating a reachable boundary using a condition of the vehicle, a longitudinal speed profile and steering limits of the vehicle; comparing the reachable boundary and the margin; and concluding that the vehicle should steer while stopped when the reachable boundary is at any point within a threshold distance from the margin or that the vehicle should not steer while stopped when the reachable boundary is at no point within the threshold distance from the margin.

  • Publication number: 20220344280
Abstract: A method is provided for forming an integrated circuit (IC) chip package structure. The method includes providing a substrate for an interposer, and forming a conductive interconnect structure in and on the substrate for connecting a group of selected IC dies. The method includes forming warpage-reducing trenches in non-routing regions of the interposer, wherein the warpage-reducing trenches are sized and positioned based on a warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure. The method also includes depositing a warpage-relief material in the warpage-reducing trenches according to the warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure, and bonding the group of selected IC dies to the interposer to form a chip package structure.

  • Publication number: 20190087765
Abstract: A method of assessing provider care metrics for use in a healthcare analytics management system is disclosed. The method comprises identifying a medical care provider for performance review of a care term and generating a classification for the provider indicating a peer group. The method further comprises receiving, by a processor, class patient data associated with the classification. The class patient data comprising a plurality of care factors. The processor identifies care determinative factors from the plurality of care factors and calculates an optimum care performance for the provider balancing a care cost and a care quality for the care determinative factors. The processor further compares a provider performance of the medical care provider during the care term to the optimum care performance and generates a provider score indicating a comparison of the provider performance to the peer group.

  • Publication number: 20170097298
Abstract: An electronic imaging flow-microscope for remote environmental sensing, bioreactor process monitoring, and optical microscopic tomography applications is described. A fluid conduit has a port on each end of a thin flat transparent fluid transport region. A planar illumination surface contacts one flat side of the transparent fluid transport region and a planar image sensing surface contacts the other flat side. Light from the illumination surface travels through the transparent fluid transport region to the planar image sensing surface, producing a light field affected by the fluid and objects present. The planar image sensing surface creates electrical image signals responsive to the light field. The planar illumination surface can be light emitting elements such as LEDs, OLEDs, or OLET whose illumination can be sequenced in an image formation process. The flow microscope can further comprise flow-restricting valves, pumps, energy harvesting arrangements, and power management.
