    Abstract: A system for appraising risk in a facility may include a computer assembly. The system may also include an appraisal tool program having a summary section and facility process sections. The appraisal tool program may be configured to receive input values in the facility process sections. The input values may be indicative of risks associated with facility process practices. The appraisal tool program may also be configured to calculate an overall risk for the facility process sections based on the input values, and display the overall risk in the summary section.
