  • Patent number: 11631093
Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to a flexible behavioral chain (“FBC”) framework for permission-based enterprise-focused blockchain applications. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a chain framework module (“CFM”) executed by a FBC system can receive a new block request to add a new block to an FBC. The new block request can be created by a trigger management module (“TMM”) executed by the FBC system in response to a trigger, such as a customer touchpoint, a customer engagement, a subscribed event, and/or a virtual event. In response to the new block request, the CFM can generate the new block. A customer value score derivation module (“CVSDM”) executed by the FBC system can determine a customer value score (“CVS”) for a customer. The CFM can incorporate the CVS into the new block. The CFM can connect the new block to the FBC.

  • Publication number: 20220132328
Abstract: Personal adaptive radio access network advanced capabilities are provided. A device can include a transceiver; a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations comprising facilitating movement of the device from a first position associated with a user equipment (UE) to a second position in response to an observed signal strength at the UE from a communication network being determined to have fallen below a threshold; in response to facilitating the movement of the device, determining a first communication frequency for communications between the device and the UE based on features determined to be present in an environment associated with the UE; and conveying signals transmitted by the communication network to the UE via the transceiver at the first communication frequency instead of a second communication frequency used by the communication network.

  • Patent number: 11102219
Abstract: Systems and methods to manage operation of at least one network is provided. The system includes a processor, an input/output device coupled to the processor, and a memory coupled with the processor. The memory comprises executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to effectuate operations. The operations include identifying at least one event signature associated with an event, wherein the event signature is indicative that it is probable that at least one user of the network will experience a predefined service anomaly. Operation of the network is monitored for a presence of the at least one event signature. The presence of the at least one event signature is detected. At least one action is determined to deter the predefined service anomaly. The action is caused to be implemented on the network.

  • Publication number: 20200394576
Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to a machine learning-enabled event tree (“MLET”) for rapid and accurate customer problem resolution. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a designer system can receive a customer problem to be modeled. The designer system can create, based upon input from a designer, a plurality of levels and a plurality of nodes for an MLET to be used to resolve the customer problem. The designer system can create, further based upon the input, a plurality of Boolean logic gates between the plurality of levels of the MLET. The designer system can obtain a plurality of machine learning models and, further based upon the input, can create a navigation controller to link the plurality of machine learning models to the plurality of nodes in the MLET. The designer system can save the MLET for the customer problem.

  • Patent number: 10084911
Abstract: A personalized interactive service is provided by setting a profile of an individual for use by an entity that provides the interactive service. At least a portion of the profile is set independent of any network communication session between the individual and the entity. A personalized interactive script is personalized for the individual in the event that the individual initiates a communication with the entity to obtain the interactive service. The personalized interactive service is provided to the individual when the personalized interactive script is executed based on the individual initiating a communication session between the individual and the entity.

  • Patent number: 9930077
Abstract: Interactive services are enhanced by intercepting, in a telecommunications network, a session initiation protocol message used to initiate a communication. The session initiation protocol message is intercepted prior to terminating at a recipient computer configured to provide interactive services for the communication. Based on predetermined rules, supplemental information is determined to provide to the recipient computer of the communication. The supplemental information is inserted into the session initiation protocol message prior to the terminating at the recipient computer. The session initiation protocol message with the supplemental information is routed to the recipient computer that provides the interactive services for the communication. The interactive services are provided based at least in part on the supplemental information.

  • Patent number: 9661027
Abstract: Interactive services are enhanced by intercepting a session initiation protocol message used to initiate a bidirectional communication and in transit to a networked recipient computer that provides interactive services for the bidirectional communication to be initiated. Supplemental information is obtained based on information in the session initiation protocol message in order to provide to the networked recipient computer of the bidirectional communication to be initiated. A computer processor of an intermediary computer is used to insert the supplemental information into the session initiation protocol message. The session initiation protocol message is routed with the supplemental information inserted to the networked recipient computer that provides the interactive services for the bidirectional communication to be initiated.

  • Publication number: 20160149768
Abstract: A system receives a communication from a user via a first communication channel used by users to automatically resolve an issue. The system monitors, using a processor of a computer, interaction between the user and the system during the communication. Then, as a result of the monitoring, a failed attempt by the user to resolve an issue is identified. The failed attempt is categorized into one of a plurality of categories for each of which a different option for establishing a second communication to resolve the issue is provided. A second communication is then established with the user via a second communication channel distinct from the first communication channel, in accordance with the categorizing, to resolve the failed attempt.
