  • Publication number: 20230120852
Abstract: A method automatically detects digital assets embedded into video frames or images. Each digital asset includes a plurality of embedded graphical representation elements with each element embedding an individual character of the digital asset’s unique identification code. The video frames or images are automatically scanned for the presence of embedded graphical representation elements with each detected element decoded to extract its individual character. The resultant extracted characters are then statistically analyzed in an attempt to reconstruct the digital asset’s unique identification code.

  • Patent number: 10748385
Abstract: A plurality of wager data is stored from a plurality of individual wagers in a true parimutuel or “Class II” Bingo draw game in a plurality of structures using n number of non-volatile data storage devices, and a volatile data storage device. The wager data for each individual wager includes wager selection, wager amount, draw game identifier, and a unique wager identifier. A mathematical operation is performed on at least a portion of wager data for each of the individual wagers which causes the plurality of wager data to be distributed among n sets. The wager data for each of the individual wagers is stored in the nth non-volatile data storage device as distributed among the n sets. After the wager data is stored in the n non-volatile data storage devices, at least a portion of the wager data for each of the individual wagers is stored in the volatile data storage device. The stored portion of the wager data includes at least the wager selection, and the unique wager identifier.

  • Patent number: 10499092
Abstract: A remote server generates a data stream that is broadcasted to a plurality of receivers. The broadcasted data stream includes a video track having a video data stream, a control track, and a plurality of ancillary data tracks including ancillary data. A specific template is assigned to each of the receivers. Each of the receivers renders a composite video image for display on a display device. Each of the composite video images includes the same video data stream, but each receiver uses its assigned template and selected ancillary data to render its own unique composite video image from the same video data stream.

The wager data for each individual wager includes wager selection, wager amount, draw game identifier, and a unique wager identifier. The wager data for each of the individual wagers is stored in the nth non-volatile data storage device as distributed among the n sets. • Publication number: 20100062835
Abstract: Pay to play entertainment machines or devices for gaming, gambling and other entertainment functions used in public spaces such as bars, clubs etc are networked and centrally controlled. A set of schedules is established, each schedule defining a set of attributes for operation of an entertainment device and stored in a database. Each entertainment device in the network is associated with one or more groups of devices, each group having a specified one of said schedules. For each entertainment device in the network, all the schedules that apply to that device are used to determine a subset of attributes that shall prevail in that device and the device is then automatically configured to have that subset of attributes. Event messages generated in each entertainment device are transmitted to a central messaging server on a real-time or batch process basis according to a priority level.

  • Publication number: 20100017326
Abstract: Pay to play entertainment machines or devices for gaming, gambling and other entertainment functions used in public spaces such as bars, clubs etc are networked and centrally controlled. Each entertainment device has at least one payment mechanism such as a coin acceptor or a card reader. Content executables (e.g. games) are configured to use a set of generic payment instruction messages to communicate with the payment mechanisms. A credit handler module translates generic payment instruction messages to and from specific payment functionality messages as used by the different payment mechanisms and also applies any transaction processing logic that is required consequent on the particular domain of operation of the entertainment device, e.g. legal requirements. Thus, locally applicable requirements relating to credit handling operations in the real and virtual environment of the entertainment device can be implemented without modifying content executables.
