Abstract: A method is disclosed comprising selecting an action tool from a set of action tools on a screen display of a computer, the action tool being associated with a set of actions including at least two of the following: (1) a printing action, (2) an e-mailing action, and (3) an archiving action, and applying the action tool to an object with a single user command using the computer, the action tool processing the object in accordance with the associated set of actions. A corresponding document output management system also is disclosed.

Abstract: A Graphical User Interface is provided that presents multi-level configurable parameter values for an item in a condensed and scannable format. The GUI enables a user to clearly and quickly discern the relationship between the parameters. The GUI can also reflect modifications to parameters that result from a selection of a parameter value. The GUI can be used to define options and related settings on a form or client GUI, such as a job ticket.

Abstract: A tablet dispensing system includes a container and an arcuate housing for containing a supply of tablets. The arcuate housing is configured for being removably attached around a generally cylindrical container and has sufficient length to extend around a majority of the perimeter of the container. The arcuate housing may be shipped in a single circular piece with a perforation therein for separating the arcuate housing and in order to removably dispose same on the cylindrical container. An open end of the arcuate housing is provided for dispensing the tablets therefrom, and a resilient outer wall of the arcuate housing enables one-by-one dispensing of tablets in a carrier therefrom without dispensing of tablets sequentially held in the carrier.

Abstract: The present invention relates to lenses, for example, contact lenses, and to contact lens cases having antimicrobial properties. More particularly, the invention relates to lenses and contact lens cases made from materials which comprise polymeric materials and effective antimicrobial components.
