  • Publication number: 20260093999
Abstract: Implementations relate to obtaining input data and responsive output(s), where the responsive output(s) are determined based on processing the input data using a generative model (GM); processing, using a generative reward model (GRM), GRM input to generate corresponding GRM output, where the GRM input includes the responsive output(s); determining, based on the GRM output, a generative verdict, where the generative verdict is indicative of a relative quality of each of the responsive output(s); determining, based on the generative verdict, a reward value; and causing, based on at least the reward value, the GRM to be trained.

  • Publication number: 20250190762
Abstract: Implementations are directed to generating synthetic labeled/preference data by extracting preference pairs from sets of N outputs to a given unlabeled input to a generative model. A plurality of generative outputs are generated by a generative model from a set of input data. A reward model is used to determine a plurality of reward values for the plurality of generative outputs. Based on the reward values, a pair of generative outputs from the plurality of generative outputs is selected for inclusion in a training example. The pair of outputs include a positive training example and a negative training example, where the reward values indicate that the positive training example is preferred over the negative training example. The process can be repeated for a plurality of sets of input data to generate a plurality of training examples for inclusion in a training dataset, which can be used to update reward model(s).

  • Publication number: 20240115280
Abstract: An expandable clot mobilizer device for extraction of an occlusion from a blood vessel is provided, which comprises a working portion including a plurality of crowns of cells. Each cell comprises an open area bordered by two proximal cell struts, two distal cell struts, and two middle cell struts. The proximal cell struts each extending distally from a common proximal end to a proximal end of a respective one of the two middle cell struts, the distal cell struts each extending proximally from a common distal end to a distal end of a respective one of the two middle cell struts, each middle cell strut in each crown bordering two adjacent cells in that crown and each middle cell strut being adapted and configured to be more flexible than the distal cell strut and the proximal cell strut to which it extends. The clot mobilizer also comprises a tapered portion.

  • Publication number: 20240115281
Abstract: A self-expandable medical device for advancement through vasculature to an expansion site in a blood vessel is disclosed. The device comprises a working portion and a connection portion that can be connected to a pusher. The working portion provides an outward radial force at every diameter between and including the diameter of a compressed and an expanded configurations, and comprises a plurality of crowns of cells comprising an open area bordered by two proximal cell struts, two distal cell struts, and two middle cell struts. The proximal cell struts each extend distally from a common proximal end to a proximal end of a respective one of the two middle cell struts. The distal cell struts each extend proximally from a common distal end to a distal end of a respective one of the two middle cell struts. Each middle cell strut is more flexible than the distal cell strut and proximal cell strut to which it extends.

  • Publication number: 20230301807
Abstract: A clot mobilizer device for extraction of an occlusion from a blood vessel is provided, which comprises a working portion including a plurality of crowns of cells. Each cell comprises an open area bordered by struts. A distal end of each cell in a first crown is contiguous with a proximal end of a corresponding cell in a third crown, and a distal end of each cell in a second crown is contiguous with a proximal end of a corresponding cell in a fourth crown. The second crown is disposed distal to the first crown and proximal to the third crown, and the fourth crown is disposed distal to the third crown. The plurality of crowns of cells define a tubular-shaped section forming a cylindrically closed structure. The clot mobilizer also comprises a tapered portion extending proximally from the proximal end of the working portion and comprising a plurality of struts.

  • Publication number: 20230270461
Abstract: An elongated device with an improved attachment of its elements is provided. The device comprises a working element comprising a first connection portion extending proximally, the first connection portion having a first attachment surface; a pusher comprising a second connection portion extending distally, the second connection portion having a second attachment surface facing and extending longitudinally aligned to the first attachment surface to define an overlapping portion and to define first and second seams extending longitudinally along first and second lateral extents of the overlapping portion; a first weld attaching the first and second connection portions, extending from the first seam toward the second seam; and a second weld attaching the first and second connection portions, extending from the second seam toward the first seam. A method for connecting a working element to a pusher is also provided.
