  • Publication number: 20070101488
Abstract: The present invention comprises an inflatable water slide for use with a swimming pool. In one embodiment, the inflatable water slide comprises an inflatable main body having a slide portion and a ballast extending downward from the inflatable body at or near the lower front end portion of the slide portion. In use, the main body of the inflatable water slide is placed adjacent to the swimming pool with the lower front end portion of the slide portion at the edge of the pool so that the ballast hangs over and abuts the edge of the swimming pool. The ballast thereby serves to minimize and resist movement of the inflatable body during use.

  • Publication number: 20070101466
Abstract: An inflatable, expandable structure comprises a first inflatable member and a first air blower adapted to provide a continuous flow of air to erect the first inflatable member, and a second inflatable member engaged with and in fluid communication with the first inflatable member. The second inflatable member is expandable from a first position wherein the second inflatable member is substantially deflated and secured substantially adjacent to the first inflatable member, to a second position where the second inflatable member is inflated and extends outward from the first inflatable member. A movable curtain or curtains may cover one or more entrances to the space formed by the inflated structure.

  • Publication number: 20070072690
Abstract: The invention comprises an inflatable and expandable slide and pool construction that permits the user to selectively change the structure of the slide by expanding it to include a pool or basin at the end of the slide. The pool portion may be releasably attached to the front of the slide and may include inflatable sides and an inflatable end bumper. If the slide is a continuous airflow inflatable, the sides of the pool portion may be inflated by the air blower when the sides are released from their attachment to the end of the slide.

  • Publication number: 20070007804
Abstract: A juvenile relaxation apparatus includes a juvenile holder including a seat and a frame adapted to set on an underlying floor surface. The juvenile holder is either a bouncer, rocker, lounger, crib, bassinet, cradle, or other juvenile seat. The juvenile relaxation apparatus further includes a rocker blade and a rocker motion system coupled to the rocker blade. The rocker motion system produces side-to-side rocking motion of the rocker blade and frame.

  • Publication number: 20060231129
Abstract: The present invention is a folding structure having an improved locking mechanism. In one embodiment, the folding structure comprises a plurality of legs and a hinge mechanism, the hinge mechanism comprising a plug hinge removably connected to a slider hinge between a first position at which the structure is substantially collapsed and a second position at which the structure is substantially open and the plug hinge is locked to the slider hinge. The hinge mechanism may further comprise a release cap engaged with the slider hinge and having a pair of buttons. Depression of the buttons unlocks or releases the plug hinge from the slider hinge, allowing the folding structure to be collapsed.

  • Publication number: 20060098421
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an air blower unit for inflating an air permeable body. The air permeable body has an inlet sleeve with a distal end and a light unit located within the body. The air blower unit comprises an exhaust port engageable with the distal end of the inlet sleeve for delivering air to the body thru the inlet sleeve. The air blower unit further comprises an electrical cord passing into and out of the exhaust port and thru the inlet sleeve of the body for connection with a light unit. The air blower unit may further comprise a protective cover to enclose the electrical cord as it passes into and within the exhaust port.

  • Patent number: 6594840
Abstract: A bassinet and bouncer combination is provided. The frame of the bassinet and bouncer combination is readily foldable such that it is easily carried and stored. The bassinet and bouncer combination may include a seat positionable in at least two positions such that it may be used as a traditional bassinet (reclined position) or traditional bouncer (sitting-up position). A baby support has a base with a portion that is adapted to lie on the floor, and a pair of arms that extend from their first ends upwardly and rearwardly from the portion and on one side thereof when in a deployed configuration. A connector mechanism joins the first ends of the arms to the portion enabling the arms to pivot through an arc so as to lie substantially in a same plane as the portion and on the other side thereof. A collapsible frame for a baby receptacle is attached to the other ends of the arms when in a collapsed position lying in substantially a same plane as the arms.
