Abstract: A broadcast control method includes validating a time and location of an end user device by verifying the identity and location of a device on the intermediary network; sending a nonce from a intermediary network to an end user device at a first time; sending the nonce from the end user to the network at a second time; sending an encrypted request for content from the network to a broadcast system; decrypting the request to verify the identities of the devices and the time and location data; and sending content from the broadcast system to the end user device if the identities are verified and the time interval between the first and second times is less than the predetermined time interval.
