    Abstract: An expandable liner hanger assembly may include a liner hanger body having a radially expandable tubular. The expandable liner hanger assembly may also include a groove formed in a radially outer surface of the liner hanger body that is configured to extend circumferentially about the liner hanger body. Additionally, the expandable liner hanger assembly may include at least one anchor key having a base portion disposed within the groove. Further, an engagement end of the at least one anchor key may extend radially outward from the groove. The engagement end is configured to engage a casing string in response to expansion of the liner hanger body to anchor into the casing string.

    Abstract: A wiper dart can be used in an oil and gas operation. The wiper dart can have at least two different outer diameters. A first outer diameter can be less than a second outer diameter and used to wipe the insides of tool joints of a tubing string. The second outer diameter can be used to wipe the insides of pipe sections of the tubing string that have a larger inner diameter than the tool joints. The single, bi-diameter wiper cup can be used in lieu of two or more current, conical-shaped wiper cups to accomplish the same functionality. The wiper cup can include a protruding ring located circumferentially around the wiper cup at the first outer diameter. A plurality of buttons or splines can be spaced apart around the wiper cup at the second outer diameter.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for a wet-mate connector assembly that can include a stiffening material and a dielectric grease retainer for preventing the extrusion of dielectric grease during a wet connect. The wet-mate connector assembly can include a male portion and a female portion that can receive the male portion to form an electrical connection with the male portion. The wet-mate connector assembly can also include a dielectric grease retainer that can be positioned near the male portion and the female portion for retaining dielectric grease extruded from a contact chamber when the female portion receives the male portion. The dielectric grease retainer can seal and insulate the contact chamber. The contact chamber can be defined by an outer diameter of the male portion and an inner diameter of the female portion. The male portion and the female portion can include a stiffening material and an insulating material.

The material having a negative CTE expands when the wellbore temperature is decreasing and the expansion of the negative CTE material maintains contact of the sealing element with the adjacent surface while the wellbore temperature is decreasing.

The thermal compensator comprises an outer layer comprising a first material, an inner layer comprising a second material, and a core disposed between the inner layer and the outer layer; wherein the core comprises a third material. The third material has a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than the first material and the second material. The core contracts when the wellbore temperature is decreasing and the contraction of the core moves the outer layer such that it applies a force to a structure adjacent to the outer layer.
