Abstract: An anchoring device for a deck or dock or similar structure comprising an anchoring member, a holding plate, and a fastener. First, the fastener is threaded through the holding plate and ring assembly. Then, the holding plate and fastener is inserted through an opening in the support structure, e.g., a narrow slot between the boards on the deck or patio, and, finally, the fastener is pulled outward in relation to the anchoring member to securely affix the anchoring member and the holding plate against two opposing sides of the support structure.

Abstract: A partition panel system comprises a frame assembly that includes a plurality of spaced vertical frame members, and a plurality of horizontal frame members extending between and coupled with the vertical frame members, wherein at least the vertical frame members or the horizontal frame members include spaced panel hanging apertures. The partition assembly also includes a panel assembly coupled with the frame assembly and including a panel member and at least one panel frame member coupled to an inner surface of the panel member proximate a peripheral edge thereof. The panel assembly further includes at least one clip member including an engagement portion that engages the hanger apertures of the frame assembly, and that is coupled with the panel frame member such that the clip member is slidable with respect to the panel member when the panel assembly is operably coupled with the frame assembly, thereby allowing for expansion and contraction of the panel member.

Abstract: An office panel partition includes a panel frame having at least two uprights and a horizontal structural member rigidly interconnecting the uprights. The panel frame has a first side and a second opposite side, and the panel frame defines at least four apertures on the first side thereof. The partition also includes a cover member having a major planar surface defining an exterior surface of the partition. The cover member includes at least four projections that are removably insertable into the at least four apertures to removably secure the cover member to the frame. The apertures are arranged in at least two vertically spaced horizontal rows and at least two horizontally spaced vertical columns. The apertures in a first one of the columns have different horizontal dimensions than those of the apertures located in the other of the columns. Each of the projections has a range of lateral positions when inserted into a respective one of the apertures.

Abstract: A skin for a panel system comprising a natural wood panel and marginal frame members for the natural wood panel. The marginal frame members include attachment members for connecting the skin to the panel system. The skin also includes wedge members for connecting the marginal frame members to the natural wood panel.
